Central Lechera Asturiana joins the Asturias Rural Accommodation Association (ARCA) and the Libera Project to jointly launch the MOVILIZATE #porturural movement with the aim of mobilising society in defence of associations that, like the dairy brand, care for the rural environment and its lands through their activity.
The “Change of Scenery” initiative has been launched together with ARCA in which Central Lechera Asturiana is a facilitator to make the more than 200 accommodation services that are part of this association available to Spanish society through the website: www.movilizateporturural.es/. The dairy company wants to highlight the important work carried out by ARCA, since in addition to promoting the development of villages and towns, it carries out important work in caring for these environments for everyone’s enjoyment.
The “LIBERA unidos contra la basuraleza” project is an initiative created in 2017 by the NGO SEO/BirdLife in alliance with ECOEMBES to fight against abandoned rubbish in different natural spaces. In this case, Central Lechera Asturiana mobilises society to join the change proposed by this project to keep natural spaces free of garbage. In fact, on 11 June, within the initiative launched by LIBERA throughout Spain “1 m2 against garbage,” two collection points are proposed in Asturias to promote change.
