Central Lechera Asturiana and the Asturias Club de Guisanderas, two leaders in the region, have reached a collaboration agreement to defend and promote natural Asturias cuisine.
Although the dairy brand has been present in the kitchens of the Guisanderas (cooking club members) for many years, now they have officially joined forces to jointly develop various initiatives with the aim of promoting and safeguarding the great legacy of natural cuisine from Asturias.
The menus created by the club members have always included the products of Central Lechera Asturiana because of the trust of working with a leading brand and because its products guarantee the flavour and naturalness of their dishes.
Special designs in Central Lechera Asturiana milk and cream packaging, promotions, events and the creation of a joint website (https://www.centrallecheraasturiana.es/juntosporlacocinanatural/) are some of the projects that will be launched, where users will have sections as special as “Guisandera of the month” and soon the “Guisanderas Academy.”
Healthy eating and love for Asturias
Central Lechera Asturiana and the Guisanderas Club have always shared a love for Asturias and a great respect for the raw material of the lands to make their products and dishes. Both organisations are united by solid values such as authenticity and naturalness, which make this union a perfect tandem.
Central Lechera Asturiana, faithful to its commitment to healthy eating, only produces products with 100% natural ingredients, with no artificial additives. This respect for the all natural translates into the defence of the origin and the essence of the ingredients, resulting in healthy products that have unmistakable flavour.
The Asturias Club de Guisanderas was founded in 1997 with the aim of promoting the gastronomy of the region. The more than forty members of the club have become the “guardians” of traditional Asturias cuisine, which is recognised and admired, made only with natural products and whose secrets have been passed down from generation to generation among grandmothers, mothers and granddaughters.
