We define the CAPSA FOOD Leadership Style and we run leadership training programmes for its development; the result is leaders with a positive attitude, who are exemplary, with communication skills, empathic, assured, demanding, approachable for their team, able to make decisions, and foster innovation, initiative and team work.

We assess leadership in the Management Review, of the employee by the manager, and even in the upward review by the employee of the manager, in order to set development plans to improve each level.
