Central Lechera Asturiana SAT Nº 471, Sole Proprietorship, incorporated on 23 May 1984 under the name Distribuidora Murciana de Lácteos, S.L., having agreed on 10 January 1992 to increase the entity’s capital, move its registered address to Asturias, change its name to «Lácteos Gijón» and convert it into a public limited company. It can be said that this was the starting point of the current Peñasanta Food Corporation. Since then, its headquarters have been in Sierra de Granda, s/n, Siero, Asturias, registered in the Asturias Commercial Registry, Volume 1649, Folio 2, Page AS-9927.
